Installation, activation and use can all happen without connecting the device to the internet. You exchange a request file and an activation file with Dukkanak.
1. Save the device request
After installation, open Dukkanak and choose “Save device request”. Save the .dukkan-request file from the intended computer and transfer it to Dukkanak.
2. Receive your Active Key
After the request and license details are reviewed, you receive a .dukkan-license file for that device. This is an activation file, not your account password.
3. Open it on the same device
Choose “Open Active Key file” in the activation wizard. After verification, complete business and local owner setup.
Keep the activation file
It can be reused after reinstalling if the Windows identity and TPM key remain the same. A motherboard change, TPM reset or loss of identity needs a review with Dukkanak.
